I’m looking to lose the fat off of my lower stomach and also my love handles. I have a few exercise videos but Ive done them so many times that try are boring now. I am very toned from cheerleading and gymnastics. But I just can’t seem to lose the tummy fat. Also, I work out almost everyday.

Are there any exercise videos actually aimed at people who need to loose weight rather than keep it off?

Half of all the exercise videos are aimed at barely-pudgy agile men & women who want to keep trim in order to avoid gaining weight, & the rest are aimed at thin people who want to build huge disgusting muscles that make me think of comic book heroes.

What about videos for FAT people? No one in my family is in shape, & my grandmother is the worst. She’s very big & doesn’t move much at all. Aren’t there any slow, repetitive exercise videos aimed at obese people? Are there even exercise videos with chubby women in them, so you can feel like you’re loosing weight WITH them?
Not looking for tips. Don;t you know old people are stubborn? She won’t do anything but watch TV, play computer games & cook.

I recently decided to start working out at home via exercise videos. But all the videos that I find have these muscular, size 0 women working out or men that have obviously been to the gym for a very long time. Is there a video out there that has overweight/normal people working out? Do they even make such a thing?

 I know what you mean, these super models showing you what they can do, while the camera zooms, and other videos prepare you for the Olympics. Yes, I also spend some time in the gym with my clients, but the stuff I have them do is not the bench press or squat rack, it’s building up from the inside out.  Posture, back strength, it all starts from the core, sometimes in the video I’ll get a bit tired to but we’ll keep it going together. Very low impact, no special equipment, don’t need a lot of space, and can be found here
